"Wish I’d booked this place sooner"
The location made everything so much easier. It was simple to find, close to where we needed to be, and didn’t feel like we were tucked away in the middle of nowhere. Looking back, I kind of regret not choosing a spot like this on past trips because it would’ve saved us a lot of stress. I’d definitely stay here again for the convenience alone

"Didn’t Sleep Well and Felt a Bit Ignored"
The place was alright overall, but the bed was a real letdown for me. The mattress felt hard and kind of lumpy, and I kept waking up all night. The pillows were flat too, so there wasn’t much support. I mentioned it, but felt like I was being brushed off a bit, which made it more frustrating. Maybe it’s fine for a quick one-night stay, but I definitely didn’t get good sleep.

"Good breakfast, just a little wait"
Breakfast was solid. I got eggs, toast, and sausage, and everything came out hot and tasted fresh. The coffee was decent too, which I always appreciate.

The only reason I’d go with 4 stars is that the wait was a little longer than I expected. Also, my toast was a bit darker than I usually like, but nothing too major.

Overall, it was still a nice breakfast. I’d definitely order from heartnsoulbb.com again when I’m in the mood for an easy morning meal.

I wasn’t expecting too much when I first bought it, but I figured I’d give it a try and see how it went. After using it for a bit, I felt like I got more than I paid for. It did what I needed without any fuss, and by the end I was thinking, yeah, this was actually worth it for me.

The facilities were disappointing overall. The amenities were really basic, the bathroom felt old, and there just wasn’t much else to make the stay feel comfortable or special. i kind of felt like a ticket number being moved through the system rather than an actual guest.

"Locals weren’t kidding about this place"
A few locals told me I should check out Heart n Soul, and, uh, they were definitely right. The vibe was really nice, everyone was easy to deal with, and the whole experience just felt genuine. I’d happily go back again.

"The place had a calm, homey vibe..."
The place had a calm, homey vibe, and I did like parts of it. Some corners were really cute, but a few areas felt kind of dated and not as cozy or warm as I was expecting from the photos. It wasn’t bad by any means, just didn’t feel quite as charming in person. Also, the reminder messages were a little aggressive and started to feel annoying after a while. Overall, it was fine for a short stay.

I’ll be honest, I walked in ready to find something wrong because that’s just how hotel rooms can be sometimes. But nope, the room was really clean, the sheets felt fresh, and everything looked well taken care of. no complaints at all.

I liked the outdoor space overall, it’s a nice area to walk around and relax. You can tell it has potential, but it did feel a bit untidy in spots and could use some extra maintenance.

"Really, really warm and friendly hosts"
The hosts were the best part of our stay. They were so welcoming right from the start, helped us out with little little things, and made us feel comfortable without hovering or making it feel like too much. It genuinely felt like staying with people who care, and care a lot. We’d happily come back again.
